Chris the delivery driver went ahead and had the A/C rolling for me and even swapped out my attachments, so I could immediately get started on my project. Their help made a huge difference when I was on such a tight deadline.

So our SUV gets a nice crack in the windshield from this moron who didn't properly remove debris when he picked up a dirty backhoe. As he is being video taped he tries to slam on his brakes to avoid the recording obviously knowing he was at fault. I gave them the benefit of a phone call and spoke to some guy who was supposed to be the manager as he didn't give his name. I explained what happened as he calls me a liar and beats around the bush saying it happens blah blah blah. I am sorry but
