So I did a previous not so good review of this location and I later spoke with the branch Manager Brittney who is one of the most amazing and caring individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! She and I have known each other for several years and her dedication and commitment to everything I have needed has always been on point. She is definitely the reason why I will continue my business with United Rental for everything we need. She is a blessing
The team @United Rentals makes renting any equipment easy and affordable. They will do anything and everything to make sure your experience is as good as it can be. I recommend to anyone in need of any equipment, be it big, or small, they have it all.
I spoke with Jason at the Gulfport store and he had amazing customer service. He was very help-full and I felt like he went out of his way to satisfy what I needed. We have not received the forklift yet but he was going to try and get it here as soon as possible.
