within 1st 6 months, even after paying a fortune for underlayment, separation of flooring, cracks, flooring shifting. finally had another compay come out who said they did not even lay it properly. After cotinued calls to owner, paul, he refused to call me back about 1 year gurantee of work. now filing small claims court issue against them Maybe that will get his attention
I was shopping for flooring/large area rugs. Took two steps into door and was enveloped in cigarette smoke smell. It’s a huge warehouse, so that’s a lot of smoking! First of all, I sure as heck didn’t want to smell it and didn’t want my hair and clothing to stink!!! I would NEVER spend money on flooring and rugs that reek of cigarette smoke!!!! Lost my business and my money! Disgusting!
The personnel were professional, warm, friendly, and more than willing to help. The prices were reasonable.
