These guys are great. As a plumber myself I'm always impressed with their eagerness to help our business. We appreciate the fact they are always speedy at ordering and check out (as time is money.) I especially appreciate all the hard work of Josh Williams for personally taking care of us. These guys are top notch and will remain our go to supply house. They are great for contractors or homeowners and always treat customers like royalty.
The customer service is impeccable, the staff is friendly and everyone was knowledgeable! After being on hold and transferred around for about 7 minutes trying to reach someone in a department at a “franchised home improvement store”, and then getting transferred back to the operator, (I don’t even know why I let it go for so long) I finally hung up and called Coast Supply.
